iOS Should Require Your Passcode To Power Off
My friend lost his iPhone in Vigo, Spain, the other day - likely stolen by a little kid that was standing outside the club. Although attempts were made to find it via Find Your iPhone, the phone had already been turned off. This would not have happened if a passcode was necessary to turn off the phone.
